The main role here involves building business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should be conversant with the trends in the building & construction industry. Other roles will include;
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Selling products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

(2) Intern
Job Overview
Ejenzi is looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department. We’re looking for someone to provide creative ideas while providing outstanding administrative support. You will take on a myriad of administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and e-commerce team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. While there will be a heavy number of administrative tasks, you will learn how to use a dozen marketing software applications in the process.
This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
